NORDR Performance Privacy Notice

Scope

This notice applies to nordrperformance.com and the NORDR Human Performance System Check as currently published.

System Check

When you complete the NORDR Human Performance System Check, NORDR collects:

• your responses to the structured questions
• any optional contextual free-text response you choose to provide
• contact details needed to deliver the System Snapshot and enable appropriate follow-up: first name, last name, work email, organisation, role and sector
• derived System Check interpretation values generated by NORDR’s deterministic methodology
• the privacy notice version in force at the time of submission

These details are used to provide your System Check result and to enable appropriate follow-up regarding your enquiry.

Please do not enter personal medical information, health information, or identifying employee information into the System Check.

Marketing communications

Marketing is optional and separately consented. Completing the System Check is not treated as marketing consent. If you choose the optional insights checkbox, NORDR may send occasional updates. You can decline by leaving the checkbox unticked.

Browser storage

localStorage may be used to preserve incomplete System Check progress across page refreshes until you successfully submit or clear the assessment.

After a successful submission, your snapshot may remain available in the browser for that session’s continuity. You can clear local progress using Start Again.

If you contact NORDR by email at contact@nordrperformance.com, the information you provide will be processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and related follow-up.

Analytics

The site may later use privacy-conscious analytics. If analytics are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use browser localStorage for System Check progress. The current site does not rely on advertising cookies.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
